CFO at COHEDRON
You will be leading the Powerhouse Finance team. Curious about how your days will be filled?
You assure the quality of the Finance Management of the Powerhouse and its Boutiques.
You will plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s financial and operational performance.
Key focus areas are:
Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing Powerhouse plans and programs
Optimization of the financial processes to assure an effective, efficient, compliant and qualitative reporting on past and future results.
Execute on the Performance Management Cycle to follow up and steer, together with the CEO of the Powerhouse, on the financial & operational performance of the Powerhouse:
o Monthly & Quarterly preparation and review of the reporting packages from the Boutiques (report including P&L figures, BS and KPI’s)
o Monthly review and sanity checks of P&L and KPI figures during the closing process
o Hold Business Reviews together with the CEO of the Powerhouse
o Budget preparation in line with the yearly budgeting process of the group
o Quarterly review of the (re)forecast
o Prepare and advise on long term business planning
o Working capital management
o Assure proper cashflow forecasting
o Monthly preparation and review of the cash flow statement
Cohedron is constantly on the move. Cohedron is ambitious and pursues a profitable growth path. The organization must constantly adapt and prepare for future growth. The various associated projects are dealt with in mutual division within the Powerhouse, along with various projects for the CFO.
Provide insights to House of HR: You will be responsible for the financial and treasury reporting into House of HR (Tagetik is our consolidation and reporting software).
You will assist in the preparation of ad hoc reports/figures requested by our group CEO and group CFO.
You may also become responsible for the integration and the controlling activities of new Boutiques that will be acquired by the Powerhouse / House of HR in the future.
Who will you be working with?
You report directly into the CEO of the Powerhouse. You work in tandem with the CEO of the Powerhouse to develop and grow the company and execute on the yearly budget and long-term plan.
You coach and supervise the activities of your Finance Team at the Powerhouse. You keep close contact with the finance teams in the Boutiques, you coach them to assure and you coach and at the Boutiques.
You have an open and transparent contact with the corporate teams at House of HR. You have a dotted line with the House of HR CFO.
What profile are we looking for?
• Master’s degree (preferable in economics)
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with some years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Excel is a must
• Knowledge of accounting
• Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus, but can also be learned
• Pro-active, accountable, efficient, accurate and hands-on
• Knows how to prioritize, cope with deadlines and is immune to stress
• Excellent leadership & coaching skills
• Good and transparent communicator at all levels, both orally and in writing
• Speaks fluent Dutch & English
• Motivated and a Team-player
