The board of directors of House of HR today announced that Jérôme Caille, present CEO, will leave the company and will be succeeded by Rika Coppens, now independent member of the board.
“Jérôme Caille has been CEO of House of HR in the past 3,5 years and he and his team were responsible for the impressive growth and outstanding results of the group. We are very grateful for that”, says Conny Vandendriessche, co-founder of Accent and House of HR, in name of the board of directors. “Jérôme now wants to spend more time with his family and we respect that.”
Jérôme will be succeeded by Rika Coppens, now independent member of the board of directors at House of HR.
“Rika doesn’t only have the needed commercial experience and background for this demanding job, but we’re also convinced she has the suited personality,” says Conny. “She knows the company by now and combines extensive management experience with a thorough financial knowledge. A big asset given the growth ambitions the group has .”
Rika indeed has an impressive career track:
Until recently, Rika Coppens was the CEO of EFR Group BV where she had started as a CFO in 2010. EFR Group operates 1.100 fuel stations and shops/restaurants across Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg and realizes a turnover of approximately 4 billion EUR, with a team of around 2500 employees. Rika Coppens started her career in 1996 as a CPA at PWC. She became CFO of Bureau van Dijk Computer Services NV in 2002 and Zenitel NV in 2005, both listed companies on EuroNext. She joined the Board of Directors and became chairman of the Audit Committee of House of HR in May 2016. In May 2017, she joined the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of RealDolmen BV.
