What is the training about?

Annually between 15.000 and 16.000 people get a cardiac arrest, which comes down to approximately 300 people per week. It is important that everyone knows how to handle in such an emergency situation.

You will learn the following essential skills during the BLS-training:

  • Approach the victim;
  • Assessing consciousness and breathing;
  • Performing chest compressions (chest massage) and ventilation;
  • Use of an AED;
  • Recovery position.
