• Optional: Understanding the DISC model, do you know your profile and preferred style
• Get to know the 4 intervention levels in communication 
• Can you descend the ladder of interpretation for fact-checking?
• Presentation skills and practise
• Learning conversational and advisory skills
• Last day: The GAME (contest for the best consultant based on a case with actors)

Duration: 8 hours

The training is not offered via video call and is conducted on-site only.
