House of HR continues to streamline operations
After the merger of TimePartner and ZAQUENSIS earlier this year, House of HR is pleased to announce further development on streamlining its operations. On the one hand Vialegis, a specialist legal recruitment firm based in Belgium and a subsidiary of House of HR, has become part of the Redmore group. On the other hand, ETA (Etudes de Travaux d’Armor), an engineering company specializing in energy and telecom network infrastructure studies, formerly below Gritt, has become part of the Abylsen group.
Vialegis to Redmore
Vialegis, market leader in Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany in terms of legal recruitment services and legal interim management, becomes part of the Redmore group. Edwin van den Elst, CEO of Redmore comments: “Also in the Netherlands, we see an increasing demand in commitment of legal and compliance. In public domains as well as in corporate domains. Given the ambition of Redmore and House of HR on this growing market, forces and in-house experience are bundled to respond better to the opportunities in the Dutch market. It is a welcoming addition to our service offering portfolio”. Philippe Jadoul, CEO of Vialegis: “The expansion to the Netherlands is a further step in our international strategy. Our unique proposition ‘for and by legal professionals’ has proven its strengths”.
ETA to Abylsen
ETA is a French company which has been offering a range of global and innovative engineering solutions since 1973. With 3 agencies and more than 120 employees, the company covers the whole of France and does not intend to stop there. As of now, ETA is taking part in Abylsen’s development in the technology sector in France and abroad. Olivier Sirdey, director of ETA is delighted with this new growth opportunity alongside an international Group: “In 2019, ETA joined the House of HR Group to support its development in infrastructure and network engineering. This new step with Abylsen allows us to have greater ambition with our clients and prospects, both in terms of geographical presence and commercial strength. A very good step for ETA!”. Florian Massaux, CEO of Abylsen Group adds: “We are very glad to have a new specialist in a sector that currently represents almost 10% of our activities. There are many opportunities for development on both sides, so we hope that our respective potentials can benefit from this new collaboration.”
