This internal hiring policy describes the process for hiring across the entire group, all PowerHouses and Boutiques. It is a supporting guideline to ensure all parties can enter an internal application process without hesitation or doubt, in a neutral environment. 

 

Below you find all internal job vacancies: jobs at House of Support, House of Invest and all PowerHouses and Boutiques. You can apply on a job via this website or follow the link within the vacancy. 

 

We invite all HR departments from all PowerHouses and Boutiques to share their internal vacancies with us. We will post them on our channels for 12 weeks after which they disappear. If needed, we can repost them when notified.  

Guiding principles for internal mobility

In order to guarantee a fair, efficient and transparent application process, we have developed a set of principles to guide all parties in this process. 

 

In principle we post all internal jobs internally as well as externally. Hiring teams should give all internal employees the chance to apply.

 

The recruiter will evaluate all internal applications and inform all candidates about the outcome.

 

Guidelines on confidentiality:

  • The recruiter / hiring manager keeps all internal applications confidential.
  • Internal candidates (Happy Rebels) who apply for a new internal role (within their current or another company in the Group) can have a first informal discussion with the recruiter / hiring manager to understand the role and to see if there is a mutual fit. This conversation takes place in full discretion. 
  • If the candidate and hiring manager are both positive to continue the process, the candidate needs to inform their current manager on the internal application and that he/she is considered as a candidate in the process.

 

In case the internal candidate is the preferred candidate for the role:

  • The HR partner of the hiring manager will consult with current HR partner of the candidate the to ensure we do a fair offer and to avoid PowerHouses / Boutiques argue.  
  • The hiring manager or the candidate will inform the current manager that an offer will be extended.
  • The hiring manager will discuss and agree the transition period with the current manager before the job change. This gives the current manager time to begin the hiring process in search for a replacement.

 

A leader in House of HR is responsible for helping our Happy Rebels to learn and grow. Our hiring practices aim to ensure that each team will always have talented people to perform each job. Therefore, helping team members move inside our organization and promoting them to more challenging positions is good for our business. We wish all of you good luck in this process!
