Welcoming Christian Baumann as the New CEO of TIMEPARTNER

Dear Team,

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with all of you. Christian Baumann, currently co-CEO of pluss, will be taking on a new role within the House of HR family, since he will become the CEO of TIMEPARTNER as from 1 October 2023. We couldn't be more delighted for him and all of us.

Christian's journey in our industry has been one of dedication and growth. For nearly 15 years, he has been an integral part of the German HR industry, playing a significant role as the co-CEO at pluss for the last 10 years. During this time, Christian has demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, and a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities. Since many years, he is involved in association work and was one of the initiators to merge the iGZ and BAP into the GvP (Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister), where he will take the role as President.

In April of this year, with the integration of pluss into House of HR, Christian became a part of House of HR. Based on his experience and knowledge of the market, he has been working with the TIMEPARTNER team since a couple of months on the Nord-West region in Germany.

Starting the search for a new CEO at TIMEPARTNER after Roger's announcement of his departure, we recognized the importance of identifying a visionary leader who embodies our core values and who can continue to drive TIMEPARTNER forward. After an extensive search and deliberation, it became evident that Christian was the perfect fit for this pivotal role.

As he assumes his new responsibilities, Christian's wealth of experience and his proven track record in specializing companies from a generalist to a specialist will drive TIMEPARTNER to new heights of success. His passion for people, dedication to excellence, and focus on fostering a positive work culture align seamlessly with the values that define House of HR.

We must also take this moment to extend our sincerest appreciation to Roger Lothmann for his genuine commitment and outstanding leadership during his tenure at TIMEPARTNER and Zaquensis. Roger's dedication has been immeasurable, shaping both companies. His impact will be felt for years to come. Thank you very much Roger! We will cherish the milestones we achieved under Roger's guidance, and as he takes a new path, we wish him the very best in his future endeavors, but of course, Roger will stay connected to the House of HR family.
