Our Team

Within our Central AI Team, we build scalable, high-impact AI products that are rolled out across all our Boutiques. Think prescreening agents, presentation writing tools, website job search agents, and CV parsing. Our tech stack is modern and solid: a central FastAPI backend deployed on Azure, powered by the latest OpenAI APIs. To maintain control and offer local flexibility, we use Langfuse for central prompt management and version control.

The Challenge

Our products are rock-solid, but every Boutique has its own unique culture, processes, and quirks. A one-size-fits-all prompt simply does not work. We have seen that local teams sometimes hesitate to adapt prompts themselves, or give up quickly when the first output is not perfect.

 

As AI Implementation Consultant, you are the missing link. You make sure our central products fly locally. You take the consultancy work off the plate of our backend engineers and help the business get the most out of AI.

Curious about how your days will be filled?

▸ Business to Prompt

You sit at the table with the business teams of our Boutiques. You analyse their feedback (the tone is off, the summary misses the point) and translate it into concrete prompt evolutions in Langfuse. You are the person who turns a vague frustration into a sharper, better-performing product.

▸ Enablement and Training

You train local AI Champions within the Boutiques. You remove the hesitation, teach them how to work independently in Langfuse, and share best practices around prompt engineering. You make AI accessible, not intimidating.

▸ Adoption and KPI Monitoring

You periodically dive into the data. Which tools are being used? Where is adoption lagging? You proactively check in with the businesses to find out whether they are satisfied or whether a tool needs a review. You spot trends before they become problems.

What profile are we looking for?

We are not looking for a software engineer who writes Python code all day or sets up Azure architectures (we have a great team for that). We are looking for a super-user with a solid dose of consultancy skills.

 

• Tech-savvy and AI-minded  You understand how LLMs such as GPT or Claude models respond to instructions. Concepts like system prompts, few-shot prompting, context windows, tool calls, and reasoning effort are familiar territory.

• Strong communicator  You can explain complexity simply. You are empathetic, listen well to business needs, and are not afraid to ask critical questions.

• Analytical and data-driven  You enjoy analysing adoption figures and spotting trends in how tools are being used.

• Relevant experience  You preferably have experience as a tech-savvy Business Analyst, Product Owner, Customer Success Manager in SaaS, or as a Digital Consultant.

Bonus points:   You have worked with LLM ops or tracking tools such as Langfuse, LangChain, or similar platforms.
