• You actively acquire new customers and maintain contact with existing customers for the TIMEPARTNER Group, inspiring them with our innovative personnel services.     
• You manage the operational business of your branch in a results-oriented and responsible manner, taking into account the planned company goals.     
• You organize, plan and manage all sales activities of your branch and ensure the efficient and targeted implementation of the company strategy.  
• With your analytical thinking and strong understanding of numbers, you manage all processes efficiently and continuously optimize the profitability of your branch.
• You lead your team with clear objectives, motivate them to achieve top performance, and continuously develop their skills.
• Through your open communication, your appreciative attitude, and your ability to foster talent, you create an inspiring work environment.
• You strictly adhere to all labor law, personnel-related and legal regulations, in particular the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG), the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), the Working Time Act (ArbZG) and accident prevention regulations.
