To strengthen the Business Team, we are searching for a Business Manager. This role will be located in the Netherlands, Eindhoven, which commenced operations in August 2022. As a Business Manager, you will work closely with your Business Coach and be responsible for expanding the business activity of our Netherlands office. As a Business Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Grow and manage a Business Unit consisting of up to 35 consultants and drive its development
2. Develop and maintain client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
3. Manage and nurture a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
4. Optimize the profitability of your business unit's activities through effective resource allocation and project management

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business or engineering.

3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results and strong negotiation skills.

Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

People-oriented approach, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
