With sound engineering skills, many years of cross-industry experience, and a keen sense of innovation, we develop customized solutions for demanding development and design projects. Your responsibilities:
 

• As sole Managing Director (m/f/d), you have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the company.
• Her focus is on the further development and implementation of a targeted sales strategy to strengthen the market position in the DACH region and to open up new national and international markets.
• Together with the top management level, you will lead, motivate and develop the high-performing, interdisciplinary team.
• You are responsible for initiating and managing digitalization projects to increase efficiency and promote innovation within the company.
• They report to the parent company in a structured manner on company growth, budget planning, and important sales and performance indicators.
