For this key position , we are looking for an experienced leader who will strategically develop our IT landscape and actively shape the transformation towards cloud computing and modern security
. Initial training will take place at our headquarters in Reutlingen , and Reutlingen will remain your primary place of work. In the long term, hybrid work arrangements at our locations in Karlsruhe or Stuttgart are possible.
 

 Your tasks: 

• You lead and develop the IT infrastructure, IT security, and helpdesk teams .
• You are responsible for the secure and stable operation of our IT infrastructure and communication systems.
• You are driving the transformation  from a classic on-premises landscape to a modern Azure cloud environment .
• You manage and oversee key IT projects  related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow and digitalization .
• You will continuously develop our information security and be responsible for the implementation of security standards and IT guidelines according to ISO 27001 .
• You will work closely with our specialist departments, the internal development team and House of HR .
