TIME TO SHINE - Your responsibilities: 

• You gather and analyze information about the job market, customer market, and competitor market to stay up-to-date.
• Based on our objectives, you define and update the target customers in order to reach the right companies.
• Through structured and targeted sales activities, such as phone calls, visits, mailings, customer events and networking, you ensure optimal acquisition of new customers and support of key accounts.
• You are willing to travel throughout Germany to acquire and advise customers on-site and to maintain long-term business relationships.
• You actively exchange information and coordinate your sales activities with the sales organization and management.
• You reflect on and evaluate your sales activities after their completion, document the results in Zvoove and bullhorn, and use them profitably for your further actions.
• You will provide comprehensive information and advice to prospective and existing customers with significant sales potential about our diverse TIMEPARTNER product portfolio and show them how we can best meet their staffing needs.
• When creating offers, you always keep the margin guidelines in mind and skillfully negotiate regional framework agreements.
• By proactively following up with prospects and customers, you uncover further revenue potential and thus ensure sustainable growth.
• You are actively involved in the industry, attend events, and continuously stay informed about changes and innovations in all relevant areas.
