Your role :
 

• Self-directed training: You are the driving force behind our basic training for new sales colleagues and ensure a motivating start at SOLCOM on-site in the Stuttgart branch.
• Development and coaching: Whether it's telephone acquisition or customer service, you'll support our sales teams at all locations and help them reach their full potential.
• Organization and documentation: You coordinate and document all measures and ensure that each training course offers sustainable added value.
• Creative participation: From the continuous optimization of our training concepts to the development of innovative e-learning content – ​​you bring fresh ideas to human resources development.
