We provide a range of quality services on the market. Every year we successfully recruit more than 1,500 people,” says Jeroen de Bruijn, CEO of Continu.

Continu, which has been part of House of HR since 2015, specialises in the search for professionals in construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering and installation technology. In 2016, a first office was opened in Belgium, with one to follow in Germany this year. In order to strengthen the position on the Dutch market even further, Continu is acquiring MTÉNV, a company that serves the same market.

Additional specialism in housing corporations

MTÉNV now has 20 years of experience in delivering project-based intelligent capacity. Professionals work in a wide range of assignments and projects, in particular in the construction and property sector, civil engineering and for different housing corporations and municipalities.

Operations are managed from Amsterdam, with a compact team of 40 in-house staff. Like Continu, MTÉNV promotes enterprise in its day-to-day activities. “With our specialism in construction, civil engineering and housing corporations plus a personal and professional approach from organisations and candidates alike, MTÉNV has been able to realise strong growth and profitability.
