House of HR reports stable revenues for 2024

House of HR, the leading European HR services provider, closes its fiscal year with a pro forma adjusted turnover of around €3.3 billion, showing stability compared to 2023. This enables the company to continue its path of gaining market share. Kortrijk (Belgium), 3 April 2025 – House of HR, the leading European HR services provider, closes its fiscal year with a pro forma adjusted turnover of around €3.3 billion, showing stability compared to 2023. This enables the company to continue its path of gaining market share. With a continued commitment to DEI and ESG programmes in the coming years, House of HR stands out in challenging political and socio-economic times and states: “We are not impressed by companies that have abandoned their beliefs, but stay true to our strategy and continue to follow our principles: truly changing lives to ensure that our customers, candidates and employees can be their authentic selves, at home and in the workplace”. 


Despite challenging economic times, House of HR closes its fiscal year with a pro forma adjusted turnover of around € 3.3 billion and a healthy, normalised EBITDA of ~ 10%. House of HR once again outperformed the market through consolidation and efficiency, positioning the company for growth. “We are proud to share our annual report, which shows a burst of creativity, rebelliousness and our 2025 results. We tirelessly find quick and clever ways to thrive in change. Last year, we focused strongly on our operations, sharpened our mindset, trained our salespeople, explored innovative sales methods, and started using AI in our processes. In doing so, we returned to our core: placing customers and candidates at the heart of everything we do. Strong commitment to ESG and DEI

With a strong focus on ESG, House of HR reduced carbon emissions by 12.4% compared to 2023 and aims to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50.4% by 2032 from a 2022 base year. Dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders, House of HR offered almost 122,000 training hours to its employees in 2024 and concludes this fiscal year with a gender management diversity of 66.5% (women in management vs. total female workforce).
