Vialegis acquires the German Schollmeyer & Steidl
Vialegis announces the final agreement on the acquisition of Schollmeyer & Steidl GmBH. The acquisition became effective on June 27, 2018. Vialegis, which is the Belgian market leader in this field and also has offices in Spain and Luxembourg, is once again fulfilling its strong international growth ambitions.

“The Belgian market certainly still has growth potential, but we also want to be a leading player in the legal staffing sector at European level,” says Philippe Jadoul, founder and CEO of Vialegis. “Since we are part of House of HR, we can accelerate those ambitions. The acquisition of Schollmeyer and Steidl is an important step. We will have additional offices in Frankfurt, Cologne and Munich and will serve the entire German market from there. The client portfolio consists of both law firms and companies. Given the synergies with Vialegis' activities, we will be working very closely with S&S, both in terms of approaching customers and searching for candidates.”
The three managers of S&S - Daniel Schollmeyer, Ina Steidl and Barbara von Rohr - will remain on board as managers and minority shareholders. “This is a tradition within House of HR that guarantees the lasting 'entrepreneurial spirit' after acquisitions.
