Your Mission?

As AI Venture Builder, you will:

• Act like a founder within House of HR: take a concept from idea to launch and scale.
• Challenge industry norms and translate them into AI-enabled business processes.
• Combine sales, marketing, and product thinking to design and test new business models.
• Work hands-on with a small entrepreneurial team, experimenting, iterating, learning fast.
• Identify opportunities where technology creates efficiency and value, without losing the human touch.
• Use existing solutions smartly to craft an exceptional digital experience for customers and candidates.
• Be ready to test, pilot, and refine, even when everything isn’t perfect yet.
