Your responsibilities: 

 

 

  • Face of our headquarters: You are the first point of contact for visitors and applicants and, with your friendly and competent manner, ensure a professional first impression of our team in Reutlingen.
  • Communication is key: You enjoy talking on the phone, coordinate requests confidently, and enjoy interacting with people – both in person and on the phone.
  • Administration & Research: You conduct internet research, maintain data and take on diverse administrative tasks that move the site forward on a daily basis.
  • Central contact person: You are the main point of contact for all organizational and administrative matters at the Reutlingen location – in close cooperation with our other branches.
  • Office Management: You ensure that all colleagues are equipped with the necessary work materials and make sure that everything runs smoothly in the office.
  • Guided onboarding: During your onboarding and beyond, you will be accompanied and supported by experienced colleagues.
