Your responsibilities: 
 

• As part of the SOLCOM management team, you report directly to the CEO and lead the entire IT department.
• Working closely with SOLCOM and our House of HR group of companies, you will develop the IT roadmap and implement new technologies. You will be responsible for the department's budget and resources.
• You will actively collaborate with SOLCOM's internal departments and develop the IT roadmap in line with our vision to enable optimal business results.
• You support the departments with tailor-made IT solutions, with the goal of making SOLCOM a digital pioneer in the German market.
• High customer satisfaction, clear quality criteria and quality control, support and ensuring smooth handling of new IT solutions are your benchmark for success.
• You foster entrepreneurial spirit and lead by example as an entrepreneur by embodying SOLCOM values ​​and promoting an open and transparent culture in which your team can work innovatively to shape a future-proof IT landscape.
