Your responsibilities: 
 

• Management. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of SOLCOM's digital strategies within the House of HR group. You will work directly with the IT department, the CEO of SOLCOM, and the CIO, CFO, and CAO of House of HR.
• Transformation. You will be responsible for our transformation (business and technology-wise) by developing and implementing a clear vision for SOLCOM's digital and operational future.
• Coordination.  You coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that all areas are aligned within the transformation plan.
• Decision-making processes. You will establish sustainable data governance as well as AI-based and data-driven decision-making processes.  
• Innovation. You identify and promote innovation processes that are implemented in an agile manner, and create framework conditions that make it possible to develop and successfully establish sustainable solutions.
• Collaboration. The management team focuses on exchanging information with all relevant stakeholders and across all departments to ensure that all processes and innovations clearly support the organization's strategic goals.
