• As part of our internal  Active Sourcing team,  you'll be the link between exciting talent and our unique corporate culture. You don't just search for candidates—you  find  them,  inspire  them, and  win  them over.
• Together with our specialist departments, you will coordinate search strategies and advise on requirements and current recruiting trends.
• You  will independently identify  suitable  talents  for our internal positions – e.g., via LinkedIn – and develop individual approaches that set you apart.
• You check the fit for the respective position in your interviews and turn interested parties into real applicants.
• You will actively and creatively shape our processes and the  candidate experience  so that we can continue to develop.
• You'll build a  strong long-term talent network  , leveraging expertise, personality, and creative sourcing methods.
