Your role:

• Leading a committed team , promoting constructive collaboration and developing your employees.
• Management and optimization of rental contracts, including contract reviews, adjustments and utility bills.
• Management of technical measures: coordination of maintenance, repairs and modernizations, cooperation with landlords and service providers.
• Development of sustainable real estate strategies: Implementing ESG optimizations with landlords, introducing innovative concepts.
• Insurance management: Ensuring optimal coverage for business contents and electronics.
• Analysis and evaluation of new locations, price and location comparisons as well as market analyses for future expansions.
• Overall responsibility for the entire facility management: control of cleaning, security, maintenance and logistical processes as well as budgeting and cost control.
