What is the training about?

Hormones are substances that turn on and off and regulate important bodily processes.
When your hormones are out of balance, they can cause various complaints and health problems.

In this training, you will learn how you will be back in balance through nutrition, exercise, and stress management.

 

  • Understanding which hormones play the most important role
  • Insights in symptoms that can be caused by hormonal imbalance;
  • Understanding the influence of various internal and external stress factors;
  • Learn how to recover the hormone balance.
