Your tasks: 
 

• Ensuring the smooth operation of internal IT and telecommunications systems.
• Installation, configuration and administration of our cloud environment as well as the server and client systems.
• Continuous development of the environment within the framework of internal IT projects.
• Independent analysis and resolution of malfunctions and errors.
• Providing support to specialist departments in IT matters.
• Planning and commissioning of the IT infrastructure for new SOLCOM branches.
• Second and third level support and monitoring of networks and systems.
• Development and implementation of IT policies (ISO27001).
• Management and monitoring of external service providers.
• Planning and maintenance of the wired and WiFi network infrastructure.
• Support and further development of our VMware virtualization.
• Collaboration and support of our development team.
